Carving Pumpkins

Here's some pictures of us carving our pumpkin for Family Home Evening last night!

Sterling being creepy, holding the knife like a crazy person. He did a nice job at scrapping out all of the guts and making it nice and smooth inside.

Yummy Seeds!

The guts! I pulled out all of the seeds from the gut bowl. Gross

I was concentrating so hard on carving the pumpkin perfectly.

My cute husband taking his turn!

Do you like our placemats? I found them at Target for only a dollar or two a piece. They are so cute and very fall-ish!

The finished product! Spooky house with a spooky tree!

Our newly carved pumpkin next to our other pumpkins that we got at the local pumpkin patch that we go to every year. We had a late Spring this year so the pumpkin patches had barely any pumpkins and most of them were green. But we thought we found a nice variety of orange, green, and white pumpkins. I love traditions!
